Privacy Policy

Whisk (“the app”) is a baking converter and recipe-costing app published by
Himas Rafeek. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. The short
version: the app works without an account and collects nothing unless
you sign in; we never sell data, never show ads, and never track you
across other apps or websites.
Data we collect — only if you sign in
Signing in (with Apple or Google) is optional and exists only to back up and
sync your data. If you sign in, we store:
- Name and email address — provided by Apple or Google when
you sign in, used to identify your account. With Sign in with Apple you may
hide your email; the relay address works fine. - Your app content — recipes, ingredient prices and custom
ingredients you choose to sync, stored on our server
(whisk.himasrafeek.com) so you can restore them on another device.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play and managed
through RevenueCat, our subscription service. We receive a purchase record
(what plan is active) tied to an anonymous app identifier — never your card
details. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is at
revenuecat.com/privacy.
What we do NOT collect
- No advertising identifiers, no ads, no tracking across apps or sites.
- No location, contacts, photos, or microphone access.
- No analytics on your recipes — your data is yours.
How data is stored and secured
Synced data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our server. Sign-in
tokens are stored hashed. We keep your data only as long as you have an
account.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all synced data at any time inside the app:
Settings → Delete account. You can also email
support@himasrafeek.com from your sign-in address and we will
delete it within 30 days. See Delete Account.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect
data from them.
